How do you send my order?
We ship through Packeta or GLS. We offer both local shipping around the Czech Republic and shipping to all EU countries.
How much is the shipping?
The cost of delivery depends on which carrier you choose and what country you want the package to be shipped to.
When will I receive my package?
The estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 business days*.
*please note that we can’t influence the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. Due to the high volume of orders your delivery can be delayed.
