Is the jewelry waterproof?

You can wear your beloved jewelry anywhere and everywhere with no exceptions. Swimming pool? Sauna? Beach? Gym? Your jewelry will withstand it all without losing its color.

Our stainless steel jewelry is coated with 18 karat gold using a 10x stronger coating process called PVD - Physical Vapour Deposition.

Tarnish free & hypoallergenic - our jewelry is suitable for every type of skin (even the more problematic one).

All products are free of nickel, lead or cadmium.

How will my jewelry be packed?

All jewelry is packed in our signature pouch & box. Not only they both look super cute, but they're perfect for storing your pieces.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to every country within the EU. We are Prague based and all our orders are fulfilled by Zásilkovna/Packeta. If you would like your order to be shipped outside of the EU, don't hesitate to get in touch: hello@glowbe.store

How long does it take to receive my order?

For orders placed within the European Union the estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 business days.

Can I tracked my order?

Once your order is shipped you will automatically receive an email with a link to track your package. If you're having issues tracking your order, please reach out to hello@glowbe.store and we'll do our best to help you.

Can I cancel or update my order?

Please note that we try to ship your order as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that your request to change or cancel your order can be processed in time. Once your order is shipped you won’t be able to change or cancel your order anymore.

Can I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we.

What's our return policy?

If you're not happy for any reason, you can make a return within 30 days of receiving the order. To do so, all items must be unused and in original condition, unworn & including all original packaging.

Please fill out this form and include it in your return package. To help us process your return as quickly as possible and get your refund to you sooner, just let us know in advance at hello@glowbe.store that you’ll be sending it back.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that we don’t cover the cost of the returns.

Color warranty

Glowbe offers 12 month color warranty from the purchase date. Of course, if the 12-month period has passed, it does not mean that the jewelery will discolor. You can always contact us if you have any questions or run into problems.

This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.

When will I receive my refund?

We will let you know once we’ve received the package and tell you if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

I received a broken item. What should I do?

If you receive a broken piece, contact us via hello@glowbe.store and send us a description of the problem. We'll be happy to help you and provide an exchange for new one.

What are the payment options?

You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay or a credit card payment.

What warranty is offered with your products?

A warranty period of 30 days applies to all items.

NOTE: this does not apply to discoloration!

We have a warranty period of 12 months for discoloration. Of course, if the 12-month period has passed, it does not mean that the jewelery will discolor. You can always contact us if you have any questions or run into problems.

Does your certificate providing information about the materials?

Please get in touch with us via hello@glowbe.com and we'll provide you with the requested documentation.
