How do you send my order?

We ship through Packeta pick-up point or GLS within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For other EU countries the delivery method varies depending on the country of delivery.

How much is the shipping?

Free delivery on orders over 1900 CZK / 75 EUR.

The cost of delivery depends on which carrier you choose and what country you want the package to be shipped to.

When will I receive my package?

The estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 business days*.
 
*please note that we can’t influence the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. Due to the high volume of orders your delivery can be delayed.

Naprostá spokojenost! Náušnice jsou nejen krásné, ale zároveň i velice praktické a funkční. Nikde netlačí, jsou lehké, uzavírání drží tak jak má a mohu je mít stále nasazené, což je příjemná změna, protože mi v minulosti dost šperků způsobovalo záněty a bolesti uší a musela jsem je po pár hodinách sundávat.
Rozhodně doporučuji :-)
