What's our return policy?

If you're not happy for any reason, you can make a return within 30 days of receiving the order. To do so, all items must be unused and in original condition, unworn & including all original packaging.

Send us an email at hello@glowbe.store with your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

You are eligible for a return in case:

• You ordered the wrong size

• You would like to exchange your item for another

• Your item is damaged

• You received the wrong item

Please note that we don’t cover the cost of the returns.

How to make an exchange?

If you’re not satisfied with your choice or you gifted someone who’s got a bit different taste that you thought, just send us the item in the original packaging and let us know at hello@glowbe.store which item you’d like to choose instead. We’ll send it to you at our expense.

Color warranty

Glowbe offers 12 month color warranty from the purchase date. Of course, if the 12-month period has passed, it does not mean that the jewelery will discolor. You can always contact us if you have any questions or run into problems.

This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.
