How do you send my order?

We ship through a global logistics platform called Packeta. We offer both local shipping within the Czech Republic and shipping to all EU countries.

How much is the shipping?

Free shipping on orders over 1900 CZK / 75 EUR.

The cost of delivery depends on the country the package is being shipped to.

When will I receive my package?

Czech Republic
Shipping for all orders is 79 Kč (pick-up point). The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.*

European Union
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery. Please check the final price at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.*

Please note that once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, we cannot influence the delivery time. Due to a high volume of orders, delivery may occasionally be delayed.
